By accessing https://adlistic.com/ (“Site”) operated by AdlisTic Inc., 11235 Oak Leaf Dr, Silver Spring MD 20904 USA (“AdlisTic,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you accept these TOU and all applicable laws. If you disagree, do not use the Site. We may revise these TOU at any time; continued use means acceptance.

1. License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for lawful personal or internal business purposes. All content, code, and marks remain our property and are protected by law. We may alter, suspend, or end any feature at any time without notice.

2. Privacy & Cookies

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (“Policies”) explain how we handle data and cookies. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in the Policies.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must NOT:

4. DMCA / IP Notices

To report copyright infringement, email copyright@adlistic.com with: (i) your signature; (ii) the work claimed infringed; (iii) location of the material; (iv) contact info; (v) good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; and (vi) statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

5. Advertising & Third-Party Links

Ads served by third-party networks (e.g., Google AdSense) may use cookies to personalize ads and gauge performance. AdlisTic does not control such cookies. Your use of third-party sites or services is at your own risk and governed by their terms.

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED, ADLISTIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED, ADLISTIC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FIVE U.S. DOLLARS (USD $5).

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AdlisTic and its affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your breach of these TOU or any law; or (c) your violation of any third-party right.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately, and Sections 6-12 survive.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.

11. California & Other State Rights

California residents should review our Privacy Policy for disclosures under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and related laws.
